OTTAWA — When you look up at the cargo plane circling Ottawa this evening, think of Ottawa pharmacist George Kramer, who died recently.That’s the idea of a unique memorial by his friend Bob Dodson, who owns Dodson Aviation. Pilot Bob Koziol will fly the DC-3 in honor of Kramer. Koziol says he met Kramer during a medical mercy flight from Kansas to the Congo, where they flew aboard a Red Cross DC-3. Koziol and Dodson’s DC-3 will circle Ottawa at 2,000 feet for about a half hour beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday.
