OSAWATOMIE – Osawatomie Cub Scout Pack 3099 wants to start a farmers market in Osawatomie and is looking for farmers. Pack chair Sandi Spears said the Cub Scouts are looking for farmers to sell fresh produce at the market. She says they hope to start the farmers market next Thursday. The city asked the pack to operate the farmers market, she said. Money made from running the market will go for uniforms and summer camp.
