GARNETT — Anderson County Sheriff Scot Brownrigg said his department has started moving into the new law enforcement center. The 911 dispatch center should be moved into the new building sometime this week, he said. Contractors are finishing some final details to the building. Other parts of his department and jail inmates will move into the new building this month, he said. The new center and jail is next to the Anderson County Courthouse in Garnett’s downtown square.
