OTTAWA — Ottawa Youth in Government will have rain barrels for you to buy. The members will spend Saturday morning at the ECKAN center building 10 55-gallon rain barrels as part of their rain-barrel water-conservation campaign. To be sold to those individuals who have requested them through the Ottawa Volunteer Center. You can buy one of these barrels for a suggested donation of $30. If you want a rain barrel from the youth, come by ECKAN at 10:30 a.m. Saturday or call Lisa Rivers at 242-7450, extension 205; or e-mail lrivers@eckan.org.
