OTTAWA — County administrator Lisa Johnson said county officials are still estimating damage to county roads because of this week’s flooding. She said that public works director Jim Haag is estimating that flood damage could be worse than last year’s flooding. The county spent more than a quarter of a million dollars repairing flood damage to roads last year.
