KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An Ottawa trucker has pleaded guilty in federal court to commercial sex trafficking of a child. Richard Oflyng, 32, was one of several men caught in a child-sex sting earlier this year. A police task force used the on-line Craig’s List to advertise children for sex. Oflyng admitted he paid undercover officers $80 to have sex with an 11-year-old girl in Independence, Mo. After he paid the money, he was arrested.
He faces at least 15 years in federal prison up to life without parole.
