OTTAWA — Four former Ottawa University football players are playing pro ball. Robbie Dubois is a runner for the indoor-football team Kansas Koyotes in Topeka. Chris Hurd is defensive back for the indoor-football team South Carolina Force in Greenville.
Kevin Mikeska plays as quarterback, kick returner and some defense in Sweden for the Arlanda Jets of the Swedish American Football Federation. Chris Simms is a receiver and kick returner for the Lazio Marines in the Italian Football League. He has helped the marines get to the Italian version of the Super Bowl.
