OTTAWA — Ottawa police have arrested a Raytown, Mo., man in connection with car thefts occurring downtown Saturday night. George Ogle, 26, was arrested in connection with a car theft and on suspicion of driving while suspended and reckless driving.
Police Chief Dennis butler said it’s too early to say that Ogle’s arrest would crack a series of house and car burglaries that have occurred over several months. Ogle is in jail.
