OTTAWA — Keep your parked cars and houses locked. The arrest of a Missouri man in connection with a theft from a parked car probably isn’t a break in a series of car and house burglaries. It may be more of a case of a really bad night. Police said George Ogle of Raytown was kicked out of a local bar this weekend. After that, he may have entered unlocked vehicles, police said. He was later pulled over for DUI after he found a friend’s parked car and decided he would drive it to his friend’s home. The trip ended up in jail.
