OTTAWA — For some people, the Franklin County Fair wasn’t over Sunday. 4-Hers showed up Monday morning for the annual cleanup of the fairgrounds, said Franklin County Extension agent Rebecca McFarland. The 4-Hers are expected to leave the fairgrounds in better condition than what they found it, she said.
