KANSAS CITY — A 21-year-old LaCygne man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for using the Internet to entice a minor to have sex with him. In April, Aaron White pleaded guilty to one count of using a computer to entice a minor. White was caught by a sting operation in which an Independence, Kan., police detective posed as a 13-year-old girl. He was arrested in Independence, Mo., where he arranged to meet the girl for sex. When investigators seized his computer at his home, they found thousands of images of child pornography on it. They also found he had been chatting on-line with other young girls, including one who was nine.
