WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg City Council has proposed a slight property tax increase for next year. As proposed, the city’s mill levy would go from slightly less than 19 mills to slightly more than 19 mills. Williamsburg’s public budget hearing will be at 7 p.m. Monday night at city hall.
