OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission will look at a plan Monday afternoon about how to rezone of land along U.S. 59 and south of I-35. Commissioners will look at the plan when they meet at a study session at 4 p.m. at city hall. The plan was recommended by the planning commission on a 7-0 and offers suggestions about growth along the corridor, city manager Richard Nienstedt said. The city has the authority to control most growth in the area immediately outside of the city limits.
