TOPEKA — A member of the Peoples Bank board of directors has been named to the Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation. Gov. Mark Parkinson appointed Thomas Cohen, Overland Park to KTEC. He is a principal at Johnson Capital, a national mortgage banking firm.
