OTTAWA — U.S. Rep. Jerry Moran said that rural America has a stake in health care reform. However, he says that he’s glad there’s been a delay in congressional action on health care reform to allow more debate. Moran said he wants health care reform that’s affordable and will cover the people who have fallen through the cracks. Moran is a Republican candidate for U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback’s seat. He attended the Franklin County Farm Bureau annual meeting Tuesday night in Ottawa.
