OTTAWA — A memorial service for butterfly artist Bill Howe will be 6 p.m. Thursday evening at the Carnegie Cultural Center. The internationally-known butterfly expert and artist Howe died last week at 81. A memorial fund has been established in his name at Peoples Bank.
