OTTAWA — Ottawa police had a brief chase on their hands for a few minutes Thursday night. Lt. Adam Weingartner said it started with an apparent domestic problem. One of the people involved has a warrant for his arrest, he said. After officers handcuffed him, he took off running but was shortly collared. He’ll face additional charges for his run. Formal charges are expected to be filed shortly.
