OTTAWA — You can soon have the eye in the sky. County appraiser Phil Dudley said his office is more than half-way through processing a new set of aerial photos of all of Franklin County. Roy Baker has finished processing photos of most of the rural area and will work on aerial views of Ottawa and Wellsville, Dudley said. The photos are of high-quality and Dudley said he hopes to have many of the photos on the county’s Web site and available to everyone. The county uses the photos for appraisal, planning and other purposes.
