OTTAWA — If you’re going to succumb to love and lust at Forest Park, at least wait until night falls. Two 18-year-olds were busted for … well, let’s say they were busted after someone saw them in a vehicle and Ottawa officers dropped in early yesterday evening.
Christopher Star of Waverly and Dora Diaz of Ottawa were cited for lewd and lascivious behavior. Police said there aren’t many arrests for hot, sweaty embraces in Forest Park. They added that’s it’s rare at 6:45 on summer evenings.
