OTTAWA — The new attorney for Levi Houston has asked for delay in legal proceedings against his client. Last week, Houston asked District Judge Thomas Sachse for a new attorney and Sachse appointed William Walker. Houston and Walker were in Franklin County District Court Monday. Houston’s trials had been scheduled for November.
Houston faces charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, intimidation of witnesses and more charges related to domestic abuse.
