GARNETT — It’s been a busy week for Cornstock’s headline group Diamond Rio. This week, the group released a new gospel-themed CD called “The Reason” and a new auto-biography titled “A Beautiful Mess.” Singer Marty Roe said that each member of the group wrote part of the book. The book tells about the group and their music, warts and all, Roe said. Diamond Rio will perform the Cornstock Concert on the Hill at 8 p.m. Friday at Garnett. Travis Martin and Hammer Down, Stampede will perform before Diamond Rio.
