OTTAWA — A 35-year-old Ottawa man charged with the second-degree murder because of a traffic accident in Anderson County will be back in court Oct. 13 in Garnett.
Eric Bowers is charged in the June traffic death of 31-year-old Maria Carmen Lear, Ottawa, near Emerald.
