LAWRENCE – Two KU students from Miami County and a seventh-grader from Baldwin Middle School will take part in Kansas University’s production of William Shakespeare’s tale of murder, magic, madness and unbridled ambition, “Macbeth.” The play will be directed by Broadway legend Tazewell Thompson. Performances will be Oct. 8-11 and 13 in Murphy Hall. J.T. Nagle of Osawatomie and Paola High School graduate Brittany Barney will have secondary roles in the play. Seventh-grader Drew Cheek will play one of the ghosts.
