MOUND CITY — The Sugar Mound Arts and Crafts Festival will have more than 650 booths and exhibits with art, candles, quilts, woodworking, weaving, stained glass and pottery this weekend. The festival will be 9 to 6 Saturday and 9 to 5 Sunday at the Linn County Fairgrounds at Mound City. There’s free parking at Jayhawk-Linn High School and in the business district, with shuttle buses to the fairgrounds. There will be 5-K runs for adults and kids Saturday morning. The parade will be Saturday morning at 10 in downtown Mound City.
