TOPEKA — Roxanne Bollin, Paola, has been named by Gov. Mark Parkinson to the Governor’s Mental Health Planning Council. Bollin is a survivor of traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress disorder. She has harnessed her conditions towards building and developing a support group for survivors of brain injuries and their families called Heads Up Brain Injury Support Sroup in Paola.
