OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission will meet at 7 tonight at city hall. The commissioners are expected to issue more than $2.3 million in bonds for a new water tower on the northeast corner of the city and approve a management plan for K-68 east of Ottawa. Commissioners will also have public hearings on condemning three houses.
They also swear in the new members of Youth in Government for this year.
