OTTAWA — You’ve got another weekend to submit photos to the city’s photo contest. There are cash prizes – not to mention photographic glory – for shutter bugs 18 and younger or 19 and older. City planning director Wynndee Lee said you can submit entries up through 5 p.m. Monday. You can submit up to two entries in three categories – landscapes, parks and nature; places and buildings; and social events and activities.
