OTTAWA — The Franklin County Health Department has received its first batch of H1NI swine flu vaccine. Health director Midge Ransom said the county received 100 doses. She said health care workers will get the first vaccinations and whatever’s left will be given to healthy people from age 2 to 49. Younger children will be given top priority, she said. She hopes the county will receive enough vaccinations over the next few weeks to begin mass vaccinations.
