OTTAWA — The Ottawa Recreation Commission held a special meeting Wednesday night to discuss a proposed new recreation center next to Eisenhower School. ORC director Theron Diechman said the board heard presentations from three architectural firms. The ORC will likely select an architect for the project next Wednesday.
