GARNETT — The Kansas Highway Patrol said an 18-year-old Spring Hill woman received possible injuries Friday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident northeast of Garnett. Troopers said Madisen Stephensen was driving north on U.S. 169 when she threw a cigarette out of the window of her car and ran off the road. Her car rolled. She was taken to Anderson County Hospital for an examination.
