TOPEKA — Topeka Democratic state senator Laura Kelly is challenging first-term Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins in the Kansas’ Second Congressional District.
Kelly said she will stand up for Kansans’ most important concerns and not sit back and block progress in Washington. She is serving in her second term as state senator in a district that includes part of Shawnee County and all of Wabaunsee County.
