POMONA — Two former Pomona City Council members have been reappointed to the council after two council members resigned. Marie Seneca and Donald Lockaby were named to the council after Keith Larsen and Joe Goracke quit following a long-running dispute with mayor Joanne Hancock. Hancock and most members of the council have repeatedly clashed over planning and zoning rules, especially over the construction of a new Casey’s store. The council will have a special meeting Tuesday night for a new city attorney after the council ended the contract of attorney Scott Ryburn last month.
