BALDWIN CITY — The Maple Leaf Festival’s quilt show is now in its 38th year. Maple Leaf chair Annie France said the quilt show is the only one of its kind. It’s the oldest and biggest quilt show in Kansas, and quilts that are exhibited are gorgeous, she said. The quilt show will be 9 to 5 Saturday and 10 to 5 Sunday at the old Baldwin Primary Center. Oregon quilt expert Helene Knott will speak at 8 a.m. Sunday in the cafeteria of the Baldwin Primary Center. She will also display 20 of her quilts.
