OTTAWA — Eugene Harris of Wellsville has been named to the county board of zoning appeals. He had expressed interest in the county planning commission but county commissioners asked if he would fill the vacancy to the appeals board. Commissioners appointed him this morning. The board hears requests for exemptions to county zoning rules.
