TOPEKA — A report from a national organization for health care consumers says that 27,000 Kansans lost their health insurance this year. Families USA said most of those people lost their jobs and their health insurance. The group said that those kansans can’t afford individual insurance or COBRA coverage or have pre-existing conditions and can’t get health insurance.
