OTTAWA — An 18-year-old man will be in court next week on a charge of rape and indecent liberties with a child. Aaron Green, Ottawa, appeared in Franklin County District Court Friday and will have an arraignment next Monday. He is accused of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14.
