OTTAWA — A judge has ordered an Ottawa man to stay away from an Ottawa woman for at least a year. On friday, Judge Kevin Kimball ordered Dale Moore, the former of the Wal-Mart Distribution Center general manager, to stop following and contacting the woman. Moore was arrested last month for stalking the woman. He’ll face an arraignment on the stalking charge in Franklin County District Court Nov. 2. He is free on bond.
