TOPEKA – State Rep. Bill Otto’s on-again, off-again redneck rap video appears to be off again this week. Shortly after Otto reposted his controversial video with a new introduction in which he said his video isn’t racist, You Tube removed it. You Tube, which is owned by Google, said it was removed for copyright infringement. It wasn’t immediately apparent whose copyright he infringed upon. In his video, Otto makes fun of Pres. Barack Obama’s policies. Otto got into trouble by wearing a hat that says opposum, America’s other dark meat. He said that was a reference to his redneck heritage and not aimed at President Obama.
