OTTAWA — A 1977 Ford Thunderbird that was stolen from the Williamsburg area before the weekend has been found. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said the owner found his car in the 2200 block of East Wilson near Ottawa. Auto parts and tools were also stolen.
