OTTAWA — It must have been a wicked hangover. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a deputy helped Ottawa police check on someone found unconscious in the alley behind the Wicked Sisters Bar in the 100 block of South Main Street Saturday night. The deputy said the person was OK but sloshed.
