PAOLA — Miami County commissioners will meet Wednesday afternoon at 1 at the county annex. In the main item of business, they’ll hold two public hearings about a structure owned by Chris Stallbaumer at 28065 Cedar Niles Road. The hearings will decide if the structure is abandoned and unsafe and if it’s a public nuisance.
