OTTAWA — A 60-year-old Ottawa woman was arrested by Ottawa police after breaking a window at Pizza Time, 133 S. Main St., early Wednesday. Deborah duncan was jailed on suspicion of criminal damage to property. There was no indication if the arrest was related to the breaking of other business windows during the weekend.
