OTTAWA — An elderly rural Ottawa man was taken by helicopter to the KU Medical Center this morning following a tractor-related accident at his home in the 3400 block of Indiana Road. LOH and Pomona firefighters had little comment about the accident. LOH fire fighter David Gibb said the man had been brought into the house when he arrived. A neighbor at the scene identified the man as Martin Scott. She said she didn’t know details other than the accident involved a tractor.
