PAOLA — Midwest Connections, Paola, is telling its customers that any changes it experiences as a result of the Verizon Wireless and Alltel merger will be positive. Although Midwest Connections handled Alltel wireless customers, it now will service both Alltel and Verizon customers. Midwest also provides wireless Internet service to Central Heights schools and much of rural Franklin County.
