OTTAWA — Two men are in the Franklin County Jail today as a result of a stolen vehicle taken early this morning from the 1700 block of Old Highway 50 southwest of Ottawa. Ottawa police saw the vehicle in the 2300 block of South Cedar and arrested the two men. 19-year-old Patrick James Bales, Cheney, was jailed on suspicion of theft, burglary and possessing stolen property. 18-year-old Michael Urzi, described as homeless, was jailed on suspicion of theft and burglary of a vehicle.
