OVERLAND PARK — Overland Park Regional Hospital will offer free seasonal flu shots on Saturday morning at 8. The shots will be given to whoever walks in until all of the shots are gone. To be eligible, you must be 13 or older – minors 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, you can’t be allergic to eggs, chickens or feathers; or Thimerosal; or have a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome or other neurological illness. If you have received the H1N1 swine flu nasal vaccine in the last four weeks, you can’t have this flu shot. The shots will be given at the hospital’s Doctors Medical Building at 10550 Quivira Road in Overland Park.
