OTTAWA — An Ottawa sophomore and an eighth-grader from the Ottawa Youth in Government program attended the National League of Cities meeting in San Antonio last week. Jordan Gray and Kaitlin Schulz and Youth in Government advisor Lisa Rivers gave a presentation on the program and picked up ideas from other youths across the country.
