TOPEKA–Despite the wet weather that has made it difficult for farmers to harvest their crops, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is still projecting a record corn and soybean crop for Kansas. U.S.D.A forecasts that over 561 million bushels of corn and 157 million bushels of soybeans will be harvested.
