OSAWATOMIE — Osawatomie’s Christmas lighting celebration will be Friday night from 5 to 8 downtown. Activities include Christmas carolers downtown 5:30 to 7; a Christmas cookie and cupcake decorating contest at Century 21; the Paola School of Dance recital at 5 at the Railroad Depot Museum. The Band of Oz will perform at 6:30 with the lighting ceremony at 7. Santa’s Workshop Arts and Crafts Fair will be Saturday from 10 to 4 at the Osawatomie Middle School.
