OTTAWA — Most government offices and businesses will be closed for a long weekend because of Thanksgiving. Franklin County, Ottawa city and most state offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. Federal offices will be closed Thursday but will reopen Friday. The Ottawa Library will also be closed Thursday and Friday but will be open this weekend.
